1. No Returns or Refunds for Digital Products
1.1 Final Sale Policy
All sales of digital recipes (PDF downloads) are final. Once the purchase is completed and the product has been delivered, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns.
1.2 Reason for Policy
Digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods. Once you have downloaded a file, it cannot be revoked.
2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
We may issue a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• If you are unable to download the purchased product due to technical issues on our end.
• If the file you receive is corrupted or incomplete.
2.2 Incorrect Product Delivery
• If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, we will provide the correct product or issue a refund.
